'het verblijf bij Rachel was prima , heerlijk rustig poolhouse met een fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi die snel lekker warm is . zwembad niet gebruikt omdat het nog vroeg in het seizoen was en nog niet verwarmd . bed boven was prima , ,maar niet groot , sofabed was minder comfortabel en neemt alle ruimte beneden in beslag. douche was echt heel klein zoals de vorige reviews aan aangaven . verder was alles aanwezig ; grote koelkast en mooi fornuis met oven . magnetron , blender , toaster ,...

'Frances is a very kind host. The description we received for arriving and checking-in was excellent and we had no trouble at all finding the house. Plenty of parking space. The house itself is cosy and has a beautiful view of the Hollywood hills. (You can't see the sign). The kitchen was well equipped. There was coffee, sugar and creamer to get us started. 'This property is beautiful and immaculate, living up to its description. Our host, TJ, was welcoming, thoughtful, and a trove of helpful tips for getting around and seeing LA. He makes this place truly sparkle compared with a regular hotel, beginning with an awesome breakfast. Highly recommended!'

'There was one set of sheets spread across the two queen beds - one just had a fitted sheet and the other just had a top sheet. Neither seemed particularly clean, with hairs all over them. The internet also didn't work when we arrived. When I contacted the host to let him know about these issues, he responded by falsely accusing me of having extra guests staying at the house (my dad and sister stopped by for about 20-30 minutes to say hello and left long before the accusation was made). '

'I stayed for a full week and really enjoyed it. Great location. Beautiful, clean, safe neighborhood. Only knock was one of the other guests woke me up one night close to midnight as they went to the wrong room and tried to get in with the wrong code. Never jumped out of bed so fast! But it was an honest mistake.'
