'het verblijf bij Rachel was prima , heerlijk rustig poolhouse met een fijn zwembad en heerlijke jacuzzi die snel lekker warm is . zwembad niet gebruikt omdat het nog vroeg in het seizoen was en nog niet verwarmd . bed boven was prima , ,maar niet groot , sofabed was minder comfortabel en neemt alle ruimte beneden in beslag. douche was echt heel klein zoals de vorige reviews aan aangaven . verder was alles aanwezig ; grote koelkast en mooi fornuis met oven . magnetron , blender , toaster ,...

'I really liked how the place was really quiet. It was in a good neighborhood and they made it very convenient to check-in. To answer the phone when I called immediately and returned to all my calls and I like that, because I don't have to send around outside plus they had parking although it did cost $18. It was worth it'

'Clean, cozy, and friendly staff. Cycled from Avalon and stayed overnight. Views were amazing. Nice wine and cheese offered at 5:30pm and good breakfast before biking back. Only one restaurant opened this time of year and they drove us there for dinner which was great since we had no car. Would definitely stay here again. '

'We had an amazing time at the Patrician! My girlfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was the perfect place to do it. TJ was an exceptional host, and the service and attention to detail he gave to our stay was the best I have ever experienced at a boutique hotel or BnB like this one. 'This was a perfect stay at an enchanting, peaceful, beautiful guest house & absolutely amazing hosts!! It is close to everything, but feels like a rustic country retreat in Europe and very healing. Relaxing in the ozone stone hot tub every night was divine & a bit mind-blowing in that full moon under a huge lemon tree! 'The host canceled our stay on the same day of arrival due to plumbing issues. I was just a little disturbed with still being charged a large amount. Just an admonishment to those reading my review, beware of scams. I am not saying that is what this was, but it is very possible. I am not a happy Expedia customer right now!'

'We had a wonderful stay at the casita. The place is very well set up and comes with access to a lovely backyard. We enjoyed sitting outside during the day. There is also an outdoor fireplace although we did not use it. The interior is beautifully decorated and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. Great little find in a lovely neighborhood. '
