'This unit initially got my attention because it is a ground floor unit and we are traveling with my elderly mother. As I compared it to other units, I noticed that this unit has a lot more windows than other units, so we booked it. I'm so glad we did, it was perfect for us. The front door is at street level but it's actually above the parking garage so the kitchen, dining room and living room windows and balcony make you feel you are on the second floor. 'This place is an absolute gem! From the vaulted ceiling giving a feeling of spaciousness, to the calming colors in the design, we felt relaxed the moment we opened the door. The balcony has a stunning view of the Monterey Bay, including being able to see all the way down to the beach where the waves break on the sand. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while watching those waves roll in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat!'

'Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay.'

'This place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better—you’re literally 20 steps from the sand, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We found ourselves not wanting to leave, just soaking it all in. The space was spotless and super comfortable. The beds were dreamy, and the heating worked perfectly when the temps dipped at night. 'Property is perfect for a single or a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Centrally located to Santana Row, next to shopping center. Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. Strongly recommend this property. '

'This place was amazing! The location was fantastic, the unit was spotless, beautifully furnished and equipped. So many thoughtful touches that they are really too numerous to list, including toiletries in case we forgot anything. Would definitely come back!'

'Everything about the room was great. View was amazing, very clean. The only down side was the thin walls and echoing from outside of the room. There were some other very noisy guests that echoed off of the cement walls, and the noise travelled in to our room pretty loudly. '

'We came for a 16 year old birthday celebration and had kids, teens and adults in the house. The house was perfect for our 8 people (we didn't use the additional pull-out couch). Lots of stairs but the house has a built in child gate. House was clean and had everything extra you could need. Lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and games for the kids.
