'Much older hotel… The staff was very non-accommodating… It was always know when you would ask a question and then you have to talk to them through it! The place was OK. It was a nice spot to walk downtown. The bar restaurant was totally dead and I think 35 bucks to park is ridiculous but that’s what hotels do. Icemaker did not work. 'The staff was truly welcoming and helpful. The room was exactly what we needed for our brief stay in Los Gatos. We will book a room here again!'
