'Our stay was excellent and exactly as advertised, we had a fire on the patio next to the water each night and it was the peace I needed on our getaway. We had our own private dock that we were able to fish from and tan on with the chairs provided for us. Such a cute and beautiful lake and friendly people in the community. 'My family loved this wonderful lake cabin, it was very peaceful, yet close to the action. It's about 1 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. After 2 days of Acadia, we spent our 3rd day enjoying the lake and renting a jet ski. Overall a great experience for the family. We also recommend Sheila's snacks which is less than 1 mile down the road. She baked a blueberry pie for us and it was the best we had while in Maine. '

'We had a wonderful stay! Our only disappointment was we couldn't stay longer! The amenities were amazing and the lake was extremely quiet and peaceful. The hosts left a basket of smores supplies and plenty of firewood for us to enjoy in the evenings! The property was spotless and easy to access. We are already talking about when we can come back!
