'The location of the property is excellent, next to Memory Museum. The receptionists are very helpful. They kindly switched out us to a bigger room because the bathroom door didn't close in the room we were given. Unfortunately, the shower door in the new room didn't close all the way and water got all over the floor. Great value for the money, because it includes a hot breakfast but I'm not sure I would stay there again.'

'For those who prefer a small hotel, this is the ideal place. Our room was perfect, had a balcony witha very nice view on the snow covered Andes. The personal was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great.'

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'
