'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in...
Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

Excellent and very personalized and attentive service. Great breakfast, especially the "huevos Casa Conde". Atmosphere of neighbourhood isn't the greatest at the moment compared to a few years back, but that applies to all of Santiago
