'We had the best time! Jaqueline the hostess is amazing! She was so helpful with things to fo and where to eat. She helped make our stay even better!! The house is right across the beach and you can see the water from there. It was so ckean and she leaves extra snacks and coffee from Hawaii there for you and makes you feel right at home. We will stay there every time we go back!! Thank you Jaqueline for being the best hostess ever!!!!!'

'Every one of the 6 mornings we woke here we absolutely reveled in the stunning waves that greeted us. You are literally on the sand! The owner was very kind and helpful, and they'd just weathered a massive storm just before our arrival, so we have to cut them some slack on the cleanliness part. This place is walking distance to pipeline, and we got to see a couple days of the WSL contest. Super cool! Very authentic local living.'

'Everything was as advertised. The back yard was a wonderful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have so many bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. I just wanted to say Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful rental. It was everything we needed and more! 'This home is clean, beautiful and the Host provided lots of EXTRAS. The views are amazing from the front (mountains) and the back (ocean). Lots of beautiful flowers in the yard. The housing area is gated and has a booth agent 24/7. We had 9 people, ages 16 - 84. There was plenty of room. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, & 2 full baths (shampoo/conditioner / Dove liquid soap) with lots of bath towels. Downstairs had a half bath, a comfortable couch (sleeper is broken) and a foot bench that...

'We spent a week at Ron's Beach Treehouse in 2018 and again this summer in 2025. The North shore and Sunset beach is already a relaxing place to be, but the Treehouse makes it an exceptional getaway spot. We loved the gorgeous views, the awesome balcony, the tidy and functional space, and the resident geckos!There is plenty of room to fit four people comfortably. 'Amazing location and view above Waimea Bay! We enjoyed seeing the chickens and other animals living on the property. The house is a 5 minute drive from a grocery store and coffee shop. The beds were very comfortable but some of the blankets and towels had stains. The host was very accommodating and provided us with other bedding and any other amenities we found we needed. The only thing we wished they had but didn’t was seating for 4. '

'Loved the home! We were on a ‘working vacation’ as we were there for our daughter’s wedding, but watching the sunsets and relaxing at the house. Each of the rooms had its own AC and cooled down real well. I loved sitting on the deck listening to he waves. My wife loved either sitting on the deck or going down the stairs and sitting on the beach. Home was well stocked. Checkin was easy. The wifi pw on the VRBO didn’t match pw at the house, so use the house one. The driveway is a little snug fit...
