'I was not satisfied with the comfort of the bed, pillows and lack of light blanket as it was very warm and there was only a very heavy blanket on the bed, no top sheet. Also, the bed (mattress) was NOT comfortable, the pillows were terrible and unusable, and there was no air conditioning in the bedroom and made it very uncomfortable. I don't recommend this an apartment for that alone. As for the kitchen, there was the bare minimum there - and the amenities were not good. Bathroom was out...

'This apartment is dirty, small, the entrance is like a flat during a war with huge holes on the walls. It was so bad that I left immediately and booked a hotel across the street for 300 for the same amount of nights but for less. A shame on people putting a place like this online and unbelievable from VRBO to allow this. '

"A Charming Concept" property management company is a complete sham, they are committing fraud and will take your money. This property should not be rented out in the condition it is in. Falsely advertised by the property management company as the photos on VRBO were literally taken 5 years ago (as confirmed by the mgmt co). VRBO also does not stand by the photos on its site and leaves the risk on the traveler. ...

'The apartment and the location were as advertised. But the property could only be accessed through several stinking garbage bins from a pub next door. The bins were brought up and down the same elevator needed to get to the apt, the smell was nauseous and could not be used. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful both with the check in process and heating needs we had which were quickly solved.'
