'They were very helpful with the booking and when contacting them with issues. This apartment was really well located and was fairly quiet even though it was on a busy pedestrian area. Easy to reach by metro and so many amenities and tourist attractions all within walking distance. The disappointment was the cleanliness of the place, and certain things that did not affected our stay needed repair or be exchanged. 'Lovely central property on a shopping street close to the Gran Via. Even though the property was on a main street once the windows and shutters were closed there was very little noise.The public areas of the property are beautiful and the courtyard is exquisite. We would recommend this property. Clean, modern amentities and air conditioning. The bed has been changed from the photos and is a higher ottoman bed. '

'This apartment is dirty, small, the entrance is like a flat during a war with huge holes on the walls. It was so bad that I left immediately and booked a hotel across the street for 300 for the same amount of nights but for less. A shame on people putting a place like this online and unbelievable from VRBO to allow this. '

'Perfect location for visiting Madrid. Living room area feels spacious, but beware the difficult spiral staircase (with a banister that is detaching from wear and tear) and very low bedroom doorway/ceiling heights-no matter how much you try to duck preemptively, you are guaranteed to bump your head at some point if you're reasonably tall.'

'The apartment and the location were as advertised. But the property could only be accessed through several stinking garbage bins from a pub next door. The bins were brought up and down the same elevator needed to get to the apt, the smell was nauseous and could not be used. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful both with the check in process and heating needs we had which were quickly solved.'

'DON'T stay here! The property is run down, overused, dirty, unkept and unsafe. "A Charming Concept" property management company is a complete sham, they are committing fraud and will take your money. This property should not be rented out in the condition it is in. Falsely advertised by the property management company as the photos on VRBO were literally taken 5 years ago (as confirmed by the mgmt co). VRBO also does not stand by the photos on its site and leaves the risk on the traveler. ...
