"If you see the photos you can tell exactly what you're going to get here. It's not a 5-star resort, but the owners have clearly poured a ton of time and effort into transforming this little old house in a functional, convenient place to stay that's just filled with character. I appreciated all the amenities, the wifi worked flawlessly, and the house was well-stocked with everything we might have needed. Thank you so much for letting us stay there!"

"We didn't get to spend as much time on the property as we would have liked but we enjoyed our time. It was a peaceful spot on a secluded property. Meeting Dexter the Donkey and the cats on the property, as well as enjoying the scenery, was the highlight. The house is quant, maybe a little cluttered with unnecessary furniture making the spaces feel a little small, but we loved all of the plant life and nostalgia as well as the coffee area. The upstairs was a little rough for sleeping as the ceilings are low and the steps are steep, and as a larger girl I was worried the bed frames wouldn't hold my weight, may be better suited as book nook. but that is a personal opinion. The downstairs bedroom is cute, but could use a slightly bigger bed for couples (even though a full is listed, and is accurate) and maybe some shades to block out that 6am light for those that like to sleep in. Of course, these are all personal things that I prefer when I stay places. The host was amazing at checking in with us and making sure our needs were met. This is a perfect place for a few singles just passing through or wanting to get out of the city and live the country life for a few days."

"We had stayed at this property before, but were pleasantly surprised with the improvements and upgrades we noticed. Especially noteworthy the spa and very nice pool that make relaxing after a tiring trip so much easier. What made the biggest impression, however, was the wonderful coffee(!!) and the friendliness of the kitchen/breakfast area staff. The whole area is very neat, clean, well equipped, nicely furnished!"

"We had a wonderfully quiet stay at this cute little cabin nestled in the woods, just off the beaten path of a local orchard. From our deck we could take in nature and see the wildlife coming and going from the quaint pond. It was a much needed break from the city."

"The house is not as clean as the pictures posted. Stains on the walls, the carpet on the stairs and upper level of the house is stained and very dirty. The air vents are rusted and gross, Issues with the internet multiple times, the gas was turned off at the property. The owner refused to pay the bill, so we were without heat when temps were in the 50s for the rest of our stay. The owner is being sued for operating a VRBO by the neighborhood HOA. We received an eviction notice that was court ordered due to the lawsuit. We had to move out of our house due to renovations, places are very limited in this area other wise would have gone elsewhere. VRBO is awful! I will never use them again to rent anything!"
