'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'

'Fantastic hotel'

'Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. We stayed on 2nd floor facing the Grovesnor Square and it was a bit noisy on Saturday night from drunk people occasionally shouting/laughing and music from the cafe on the 1st floor until pretty late at night. Otherwise a very pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.'
