'Great location, and very helpful staff member on reception. Air Con works really well and as it was only a 1 night stay for me, it didn't matter that there is no window in the room. They stored my luggage before check in for a small charge Great value, would recommend and I would stay there again'

'I always frequent this hotel when visiting London and it was lovely as always only the fact that I had pre requested a late checkout cause my flight left at 9 pm an they had said ok then when I arrived the day before I was leaving I had received a note stating that the late check out was not possible and that i'll have to vacate at 12. After much discussion I was able to get a late checkout till 1 pm. Wasn't very convenient nor great since I am a frequent customer to this hotel.'
