'We stopped here to have a night in blackpool as next day was golf captains trip to herons reach which was near by. Check in was slow as had to queue to check in and the queue was long. Had a couple of cheeky porettis before we could pick up our room keys which wasnt bad or badly priced. Room was clean with a sea view so no complaints at all about the room. I heard some of the other golfers went to their rooms and they hadnt been cleaned but received a free pint in compensation ! Overall a good...

'Owner Geoff was very welcoming to us and he has a good approach to customer service, the breakfast is very good and of good quality and it's a buffet so you can have as much as you like which makes this a good value stay Location is about 6 - 7 walk to the pleasure beach and sandcastle waterpark and the tram stop is close by to meaning you don't have to bring your car here which saves in car parking Next time we are in Blackpool it's an easy decision to come back to this hotel'
