'The air conditioner was not working properly upon arrival and checked with the host and he came over and replaced the filter and brought a fan but unfortunately it was 100 in Texas and the air was obviously not functioning properly so the first night was pretty warm and the next day it was still hot starting the day at out so I advised him again and he was not able to get anyone to do anything so he did give me one night’s rent back but the second night nobody stayed there.
