'Hidden gem inside Venice👌. At first little hard to find the apartment complex but with direct WhatsApp contact everything was explained by the host Elizabeth, she was amazing. The deluxe suite( 2 room )we had was very spacious not like others in Venice , clean and new marble badroom. We wil definitief come back to her.'

'Eenvoudig pension met gedeelde badkamer. Propere en comfortabele kamer met lavabo, elke dag een flesje water en nieuwe handdoeken, lekker ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.'

'Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. De sleutel haal je op bij een ander hotel, veel uitleg gekregen over Venetië en zij liep mee om ons te laten zien waar wij logeerden. In het hotel nog 1 ochtend gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Was goed. De badkamer was echt oud en aan vernieuwing toe. Er kwam weinig warm water uit de kraan. Het was koud of super warm.'

'Decent stay and close to the Mestre station. Not very obvious to find as the hotel is in an apartment complex and there is no big sign board in front. The staff sits somewhere else and they arrive only when called. The city tax is 4 euro per person per day and not 1 euro per person per day as mentioned in hotels.com. The bed was not the best and was sinking inside in the middle.'

'Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! There are wonderful restaurants close by. If you are coming during a busy season, make reservations. Sitting on our balcony during the rain was picturesque and a lovely option for us. Bathroom is...

'Nice hotel with rooms that reflect it's location in Venice. The beds were good and room well maintained. Standing out was the wonderful staff. Lara was so helpful and responsive to any request and made us feel taken care of. Lastly the location is great for visiting all that Venice can offer.'

'Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!'
