'Sehr netter Empfang, die schöne Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss (nur eine Stufe am Gartentor und eine flache Stufe am Türeingang). Die Wohnung und die Küchenzeile sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Verkehrsanbindung (rollstuhlgerecht) nach Venedig, Mestre und Treviso.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke!'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix. The location was great! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed plus more. Simone's partners for check in were great meeting us on the Theater Piazza at the well. Note: There are many stairs up to this apartment. I suggest to only take what you need up. Luggage storage is offered a few blocks away and at the train station. '

"Wat ik jammer vind is dat er geen koffie apparaat is of überhaupt een glas. Zelfs de meeste hotels waar ik ben geweest en dat zijn er heel veel geweest hebben tenminste een glas of een koffie mogelijkheid. Het zwembad is prachtig en ook het restaurant hebben we heerlijk gegeten en is het personeel vriendelijk. Grootste pluspunt voor ons is dat er een oplaadpunt is voor elektrische auto’s, zelfs met hoge snelheid."

"The hotel is in good condition. The rooms are big and comfortable. I would suggest two improvements: 1. There are 3 elevators 1 of which was not working. So people had to queue up to 10-15 minutes just to go to the room. Probably extra elevator might help. 2. The hotel is in the outskirts so there is no restaurant/bar nearby. The hotel bar closely around 10 If I remember correctly. It would be nice if closing time could be extended a vit"
