'The Front desk and Concierge were amazing and set me up for an amazing Japan Adventure'

'They had a crib for my daughter which was super helpful. The staff was kind and also very helpful. My only complaint was that the room had a musty smell to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it to others because it was a great place to go with a baby.'

'ホットドッグもうまかった！'

'This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself.'

'Helpful staff. Great location. Large room.'

'Big room , big bathroom , clean , friendly staff'

'We left medicine in the room and they sent it to the next hotel on our stay with complimentary shipping !! That shows the level of service , in one word amazing..'

'The staff was very friendly. The room had no tea and coffee facilities.'

'The check in location is really inconvenient, they should make the prices completely online'

'This is a great hotel, the staff are awesome, the service was great. The breakfast was very good. I would totally recommend this place.'

'Boek dit hotel als je een bougie ervaring wil in de stad maar ben je ervan bewust dat: - je mogelijk een kamer krijgt met schimmel in de douche (dit was bij ons het geval) - het ontbijt vrij duur is en je krijgt maar één broodje en alle aanvullende zaken zoals soep, drinken en yogurt is elke dag hetzelfde dus geen afwisseling Als je allen komt om te slapen is dit prima maar verder zou ik dit hotel niet direct aanraden'

'We had adequate space for 3 people- one room is mats only. The shower and tub is fabulous. You have good access to stations and buses. We had one day where the air conditioner wasn’t working right but staff were able to remedy that, The only disappointment was the staff would not call a taxi for us.'

'Mooi schoon hotel, kamers niet heel groot maar alles is er. Diverse restaurants vlakbij, evenals treinstation. Prima uitvalsbasis voor vakantie'
