'The resort was just like I’d seen in the pictures. However, the location is far from any entertainment. You have to get a taxi & it’s at least $12 (US $) one-way to get to a small town. The beach was covered in seaweed & had an odor if you were on the beach. This location is ideal for an older couple wanting a quiet getaway, just don’t go for the beach!'

In off season 1 hour wait for table at the Asian restaurant, no ramps for baby stroller, stolen $200 from the safe box, the food is below the cheapest buffet $8.99 lunch time all you can eat, waiters in bad mood (slow season, no customers, no tips), construction everywhere, the hotel is old and dirty, activities during day time are poor, night time shows are the poorest I have even seen, managers asking how is everything, but if you tell them you have an issue, they just walk away...

'Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

'Good staff'

'It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. '

'The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.'

'It was a pleasant stay except that! The hot water does not work, the air conditioning fails 1 time out of 4. Not to mention that the pool's water levels are too low, so the filter doesn't work.…. '
