Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need. '

'Ideal home and location for our family visit! Our extended family is based in East Nashville, so location was a key factor for our booking. Some highlights we enjoyed during our stay- - Rooms were spacious and dark with blinds and dark drapes, one was perfect for our 2 year old to nap even mid day. 'This is a cozy little dwelling, nestled in a quiet area. All amenities are there, including coffee (very important). There is AC, which was necessary during our stay. I am 54 and was able to climb the ladder to the loft (my 2 adult daughters wanted the couch bed), but keep in mind climbing down. And if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from the resident kitty, Putty. Arrington Vineyards is less than 10 mins away and we went for a tasting.
