'The cottage is adorable, exactly as pictured with all of the little touches to make you feel at home. Beautiful outdoor oasis, that is quiet & relaxing. Friendly hosts. Great location for going to the beach or exploring the history of Charleston. '

'The neighbor is an up and coming area. The house looks exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Close to Tanger Mall and Folly Beach. The host is very attentive and sweet. She answers your questions within a reasonable timeframe. When we visit Charleston again, we will definitely stay at this location again.'

'My family and I had a wonderful week on Kiawah in this beautiful house. It's within easy walking distance of the beach and Night Heron Park, and very peaceful. Brought back many happy memories of my childhood vacations on the island. Thank you, Caroline!'

'Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. '

'Everything was great; however, the Keurig coffee maker kept spewing coffee and grounds from the pods. Sometimes it would work and sometimes not probably needs to be replaced. We then used the coffeemaker with the pot. '

'Nice place very clean no insects. Bathroom is tiny but works. Bathroom sink is teeny tiny and was a bit of a challenge but worked. Outside seating areas were great! AC worked well once I figured out how to use it! No instructions provided and had to ask how to lock property door when leaving.'

'We enjoyed our stay at the Tree Loft, nice and quiet and peaceful. Home was adequately stocked, kitchen had everything you needed. Would stay here again!'

'This property has been very well maintained and updated. The kitchen is well stocked. The walk to the beach or pool were as advertised in length/distance. Check-in and out were easy. I would rent here again for a similar group or trip with no hesitation.'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Cava was a gracious host and offered to help with anything we may have needed. The Sleepy Shack is quaint and its location is only minutes away from most Charleston attractions. We would definitely consider another stay the next time we visit!'

'Really cute cottage in the perfect location! Very well-maintained, clean, with lots of added touches to enhance our stay. And we loved the countertop ice maker and excellent AC after hot days, exploring the city! Highly recommend!'

'This self-contained unit was clean and well appointed. The convenient location in downtown Charleston is within walking distance to many nice restaurants. The host was responsive in addressing our requests. There are sirens and helicopters in the area, but this is to be expected due to proximity to the medical center. We would stay here again.'

'Incredible view! Great host who was very responsive. The house decorations had a cool vibe. Only one fyi, not necessarily a negative but there are scenic overlooks directly across the street. This created a small parking issue during the day. also, there were a lot of loud cars and motorcycles driving up and down the street but I only noticed it one night. Overall, would highly recommend staying here!'
