'We really enjoying our stay at this fabulous cottage! The walk to the beach was super easy and quick and area is gorgeous! Even my MIL who is 89 had no problem walking to the beach, as it wasn’t far. Plenty of room in this charming cottage for all 6 of us and it was clean and cool. When we had a slight issue, it was rectified immediately and Lisa was super friendly with great communication. What a wonderful week - Highly recommend!'

'I took my daughter for a mother-daughter trip prior to her heading off to college, and this was the perfect spot! Close to everything we wanted to do in Charleston, including King Street. Our host thought of everything, including local treats and tips for places to eat/drink in the area. The bed was comfy, the shower fantastic, and the kitchen had everything you need for a short stay. Highly recommend!! We’ll be back!'

'We enjoyed our stay last summer at the Cottage and decided to stay here again this year. It was very clean upon arrival and had a wonderful scent in the air that lasted all week. Comfortable bed, clean and good quality bed linens. Lots of pillow options depending on your comfort level. Couch is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials. It is the perfect size for what we need and a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. We plan to return again next year! '

'In a quite neighborhood 10 minutes to Folly Beach and 20 minutes to Charleston at reasonable price. Clean, two bedrooms, 3beds, great air-conditioning, grill area and screened in patio. I would stay again. Nate took good care of me'

'We've been coming to IOP for 6 years now and 5th stay with Marilyn! This house is perfect for us. The first year we stayed downstairs and then the other years we've stayed upstairs with our daughter. The location is so perfect, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to Sullivan's and Charleston. As soon as you walk in, it smells so clean from the fridge to the bedsheets! We found a bug or two but that's expected in the humid, June/July IOP climate!
