'The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful. Every time I saw a staff member they greeted me with a kind gesture. They treated me like I was important to them and made my stay quite pleasant. The hotel was very clean and easy to find off the interstate. Charleston is such a historic city, I always enjoy traveling there.'

Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. 'Nice and beautiful resort, slow check in, problems with the bill which were fixed smooth and fast. Good pools and food.'

'This hotel isn't in the most ideal location however it has so much personality! There is no front desk staff so everything is done via phone which isn't a problem. If noise bothers you, this isn't the place for you. We are music lovers so the live music was a bonus.'
