'Great way to do Kyoto with your own place, all beautifully presented and leaves you wanting for nothing, especially handy to have your own washer and dryer if you are in the middle of your trip. Easy check in and quiet location'

'We had a wonderful stay in Kyoto! The accommodation was great, and everything was well organized. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He provided us with lots of useful information and detailed instructions, making everything easy and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kyoto and would happily stay here again!'

'Small but lovely property with friendly receptionist who spoke good English. We stayed in the garden room on the ground floor which was a little dark even during the day, but very nice. Easy walk to the station was a bonus.'

'Excellent hotel, we liked everything about it.'

'Great experience for our family.'
