Just FYI: Pool pass is not included with your stay & a day pass for the pool is 40 for two people which is ridiculous but not any fault of the property owner, personally I would remove the “communal pool” from the listing since it is not included and is misleading if a family is specifically looking for access to a pool. 'Cannot say enough about this wonderful place! My husband and I love love loved it. Easy to get around to places from it. We had a boat that was at the marina, which was only a block away. We want to come back and stay again for a weekend again. Everything about this place was perfect!'

'Very cute spot!! I was in town for a USMC retirement so this was very close while also being away from the busy area. The garden was absolutely magical, I got to watch lots of birds fly in and out. 'When we arrived, the lock was broken. The proom was not the room we booked online. It REEKED of fabuloso. There were no curtains, so the 24 hour walkway lights shined through your window. You were given 2 towels for a week stay for 2 people. We were told to wash them ourselves. The pathway to the beach is through protected dunes. The wifi for the room did not work. We were rold to hook on to someone else's wifi. Run! Ru. Away from this property. The on L y bright spot is the maintenance guy....

'Stayed here with my son for a week getaway. The location is right on the beach, which was what we were looking for. North beach is quieter, so less things we could walk to in the heat, but overall the location was awesome for beach access. The AC worked great on the 3rd floor and kept us cool. The laundry room down the hall was also nice and the machines worked well. We would stay again in the future. '

'My best friend & I made a last minute decision to get a place on Tybee island while traveling through on a girls trip & it was worth it. I Would stay here again. Close walk to the beach, the room was clean and large, overall great space for 2!'

'Clean, cozy and comfortable! Great communication and I would absolutley stay here again. Close to the North beach and several fantastic resturants. We were able to enjoy the patio and dock as well. We felt safe and enjoyed our trip! This was a first VRBO experience for me and it was wonderful! Plus, they have a super sweet outdoor kitty that loves pets.'
