'I paid for the insurance - Had a situation at home. Power outage and damage to property. Between Expedia and the Hotel you refused to honor the insurance protection. Very disappointed in Expedia- I have been a good customer for years. Date June 13 was the reservation.'

'The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the town center of Lenox, close to all the shops and restaurants. I was a little concerned initially about the reviews I read regarding the level of cleanliness of the rooms which I am extremely particular about. The room was very clean so maybe the issue has been addressed. Communication with staff via text which normally would be concerning was also very prompt and quick. They respond to texts right away and always very kind so shouldnt...

'Great place to stay for location and was very unique. Had trouble checking in and was difficult to get ahold of someone since there was no onsite staff. They said it was a problem with expedia booking. The room itself was great and spacious - so much to do with how they had the whole place decorated. A very nice place to stay for the night.'

'The Quality Inn is a clean and efficient facility. A freight line runs along the rear of the property. At approximately 1:10am every night, a freight train runs by the property. The train causes vibration in the room and the horn is quite loud. The hotel is fine but the freight line destroys sleep. Everything except this issue is fine.'

'Heel goed hotel. Management was heel goed. Eerste hotel waar ze het fooi probleem voor de kamermeisjes goed hebben opgelost; er ligt een envelop waar je geld in kan doen voor het kamermeisje op naam dat je kamer heeft schoongemaakt; je geeft het envelopje vervolgens aan de receptie af die er voor zorgt dat het geld bij het betreffende kamermeisje terecht komt. Zeer uitgebreid en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Jammer dat de kamers wat gehorig waren; wij konden het telefoongesprek van de man in de kamer...

'We really enjoyed our time at the Little Cat Lodge. The vibes were so peaceful and the atmosphere is just gorgeous. The cabin was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely in the morning and staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay for more than one night next time and will also catch dinner and brunch.'

'There is a lot of construction going on outside which resulted in no parking. You have to park at the bank lot next door. This in itself was tollerable, however, the check-in/unloading, and check-out/loading was a nightmare with no parking near the entry way. There was room for cars but the manager was allowing first come first serve parking. This left no room for people coming in to check-in or out...we had to pull in squeeze ourselves into a spot blocking all other cars and reverse all the way...
