'I was sceptical at first because there were reviews about it being in a rough neighbourhood , however, that is not the case it is right beside the medical school and veterans hospital. It is a 5 minute walk to the canal street car, taking less than 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter. We had no issue walking to and from the place at night. Very clean, very quiet and amazing for the price. I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice place to stay and I quiet place to sleep. '

'Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available.
