'Very clean. East to communicate with host. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but easy to get to campus.'

'Very clean & private. Hosts are wonderful. Would stay here again next trip. Really, a 10 out of 10 😊'

'Overall, things were great. The HVAC unit in the corner of the room is fairly loud and you have no control over temperature.'

'Cozy and comfortable cottage with a beautiful garden and lovely host.'

'Excellent, and accommodating.'

'The location is fantastic for csu parents. Easy to walk to campus and old town. I was bummed not to be able to check in early but it all worked out. Rooms are nice and clean except for the windows. I would stay here again.'

'Perfect for a short stay! Quiet and very clean rooms with beautiful appointments.'

'We were in Colorado for a Softball tournament for a week. It was just my husband and me, and it was a perfect amount of space. If you need something bigger, this may not be the spot, but it was perfect for us. Anytime I messaged Andrew, he was quick to respond. I also had an Amazon package delivered and forgot to let him know. He messaged me immediately, letting me know he put it in the back. He was great, and this place is super cute. We will stay here again.'

'The only issue was we didn’t know the hot tub was like a shared space and so open to the rest of the apartments. Other wise it was terrific'

'This is a great location for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park. It worked well for our family of four and was clean and comfortable. Michael reached out to me before our arrival to ask how many extra beds we needed. Overall a great experience.'
