'Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. 'The air/heating took awhile to catch up to the set temp. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Great location. The entry was really simple and it was nice to not carry around a key or card. Thank you! '
