'We hadden dit guesthouse geboekt omdat we hiervandaan makkelijk met de metro naar hartje londen konden , de kamer was best wel ruim en ook dichtbij de winkels voor het avondeten. En ik heb heerlijk geslapen, en parkeer ruimte zat '

'Hard to contact staff, Dosen't matter messaged or phoned, there is no answer. Shared area small sofa is very dirty, kitchen no kitchen paper towel. No sound proof wall, we were woke up earlier morning by loud sounds from kitchen room. No air condition, room very hot in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was a nice stay for us.'

'No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived'
