'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'The room was very clean, safe and comfortable. I liked the layout a lot and it had everything you could need. It had a washer and dryer, stove, fridge/freezer dishwasher and fully stocked dishes like plates, cups, pots pand and soaps. Literally everything. I only stayed one night but it felt so nice i wish i could live there. I will come back for every phoenix stay now. '

'Excellent time. I would suggest that they work on the sliding glass doors that go outside to the patio. It was very difficult to open. The staff was wonderful. We hiked every day and really had a chance to relax if you’re looking for a resort to relax at this is it!'
