'This location was perfect for us and our stay on the North Shore. It was hard to find an affordable stay even towards the end of October. This location was close to Duluth & all the magnificent parks on the North Shore. This is a very old building so expect squeaky floors and small rooms. The step down from the bathroom needs to be practiced for midnight potty breaks. lol. But, the apartment was modernized and decorated well.
