'The house itself was clean, which we appreciated. However, it was not ready at check in, as the cleaners were still there and didn’t leave until 3:40 pm.Upon arrival, there were no towels in the bathrooms. 'Nice house in a family neighborhood in the Rancho Penasquitos section of San Diego, across the street from Mt Carmel HS. Parks and trails nearby and close access to freeways. House is large & clean, 3 bedroom 3 bath plus a living room converted into a sleeping space, and a large dining area and living room. All of the rooms look newly remodeled and have TVs. 'Our family stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. This is a very family friendly neighborhood and house. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host, Ben, is very responsive and replied promptly to my questions. Thank you Ben for a great stay.'
