'We had a great time in this house! Close to Bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds near Belmont. House had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. '

'The property was perfect for our needs. We had 10 adults that stayed in the property, and 2 others that stayed nearby and visited during the day. We loved the location, all the beach items in the shed, the rooms, the grill, the hot tub, the massive garage and alley parking, plenty of tables and chairs in kitchen and courtyard, 2 sets of washer/dryer, and the elevator for heavy luggage. The property is a bit older and it shows, but nothing was a problem. The host was easy to communicate with and...

'The room was very tidy and clean, and the checkin process was very easy. Very nice backyard and location.'

'Property was double booked. The host was rude and not helpful to get the issue resolved. He showed zero empathy for me and my family who were tired and trying to get somewhere to stay and get to bed at a reasonable hour.'

Ate dinner there, watched the beach and made smores. Short walk to the beach. They still have a few details to work out since the renovations but it is a great place for a get together. Could easily accomodate a group with lots of children.'
