'Recently remodeled motel that was everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The room was clean and the property was welcome and inviting. It is located just far enough off the IH so that noise is not an issue but close enough for easy access to wherever you need to go. We originally booked for Thursday and Friday night but were not able to make it in on Thursday. Jay held our room for us and we were able to add another night to our stay with no problems or issues. 'The room had an odor from the monent I entered. Which bordered on intolerable. Smelling something close to dead rodents, raw sewage & mildew. The entryway into the room had food crumbs of sum sort just laying there as though the hallway hadnt even been vacuumed that day. After suffering the entire first night from the stench. I went to walmart & purchased a multi pack of glade plug ins and plugged them in all over the room & closed the bathroom door completely as thats where the stench seemed to...

'Clean and all we needed to stay while fishing Lake Fork for 3 days. I like that parking is boat friendly and marked off for each room and electric outlet for each room. I love that they have a awesome tackle store right next door.'
