'Check in was the worst part, did not get to our room until nearly 6. Check in started at 4. Having to wait in line twice was a gong show. Location was great, we walked to the AC/DC concert and back to the hotel!'

'*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously.
