I was flummoxed by entry, and it seems like you're calling into some sort of telephone center when you call the number given--the person couldn't figure out why there wasn't a number pad on the door and told me I must be in the wrong place (I definitely was NOT). She had someone call me back who helped me immediately. Turns out you touch the part that says "Yale" on the pad and it lights up with numbers. Who knew? About noise: You do need earplugs and a sleep...

'Our accommodation was near a lovely park, was spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. It was also close to IGA for groceries and transport, with Frontenac metro station just a short walk away. For those who enjoy walking, as I do, it didn't take more than 30 to 35 minutes to walk to St. Denis and the Latin Quarter, or 45 to 50 minutes in the opposite direction to reach the botanical gardens, biodome and insectarium. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.'
