'I’ll start with the Cons:- Unit wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped. The floor still had a lot of dirt, the counters were sticky, and there was a lot of dirt on the chairs. 'DO NOT STAY HERE. Was not within walking distance to Turtle bay. Located at sunset beach. Host did not send new address until 30 minutes until before check in so you can't cancel. Space was not deep cleaned- 2 bugs in the shower, smelt like mildew. AC did not cool off room effectively as host requests you turn off AC when you leave. Laundry is outside on patio area, but it was messy left with hosts stuff. When we brought up these issues to the host, she told us she had been through this before...

'Loved our vacation rental at Turtle Bay. Easy check in, clean condo, and great location. The property is in a beautiful location on the North Shore close to the best beaches, places to eat, PCC and away from the craziness of Waikiki. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Had everything we needed to cook when we wanted to. Had AC and ceiling fans. Washer and Dryer. The choice of 3 pools. They have boogie boards and beach chairs. Would definitely stay there again.'

'Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!!'

'Overall, we were very happy with the place. It was close to the beach and felt very private. It was just as described. I think one of the most important positives for us is that we had 6 adults using the two showers and washing clothes all during the same few hours and we never ran out of hot water. So that was a huge plus for us. The house was very big and we all felt like we had plenty of space. There were some cleaning issues that I think they must have just missed on the day we checked in....
