'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'The resort is beautiful. We had the best time lounging at the lagoons, the pool, and attending the activities. We saw so many fish snorkeling in the lagoons. The sunsets are phenomenal. The rooms are clean and spacious. We used the grills and watched the staff clean them thoroughly every morning. They work very hard at keeping up the cleanliness and beauty of the property. Longboards is a great place to grab a bite to eat. The fries there are the BEST! Also, grab you a lava guava from the bar....
