'We didn't get the room we booked. It was not available. Oscar at the FD did the best he could to give us another room. The room had a tub which made it difficult for my husband to shower but we made it work. Would have appreciated a call beforehand though so I could search for another hotel. Now everything was fully booked.'

'Used for a 4 day trip to the Boston area. The room was very clean and spacious. It was about a 15 min drive to the Wonderland T train, where we could easily park and take the train into the city. Parking was cheap for the day and trains easy to navigate with kids. The hotel gym was nice. Room was clean and towels were fresh. Front staff were friendly. If you have a car and can drive to places this is a great hotel for the price.'

'The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. '
