'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'We understood when booking that this unit that construction was extensive, and the room did not have an ocean view. That expectation was clear in the listing and email. However, the photos were misleading. The room featured large, expansive curtains that reasonably suggested there would at least be some type of exterior view. Instead, the “view” was a brick wall directly outside the window. That was disappointing and felt deceptive in how the room was presented online.The room was extremely hot...

'My stay was short, but sweet. The place was perfect for one person and though I don't spend much time inside or use many of the facilities, I'm sure everything was there that's needed. It's a short walk to a couple different dining options and beaches. Very nice, quiet location. '

'The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway.
