'This was an amazing place. Jim keeps an awesome property that is just right. It’s just isolated enough but still close to town. We found ourselves alone on the beach more than once. Very romantic. The property felt like home and was a great base camp when we just wanted to relax in the evening or spend time on the beach. When we come back to Oahu we will definitely rent from Jim again.'

'This condo is in a great location on the north shore! It is walking distance to the ocean, resort, restaurants, and beach bar. Feels like Kauai on this part of the island. The condo had everything we needed - all utensils, cookware, beach gear, towels, etc. and very comfortable beds with clearly new linens. The complex is fine too with an adjacent pool. We had a great time! Thank you! '

'We spent a week at Ron's Beach Treehouse in 2018 and again this summer in 2025. The North shore and Sunset beach is already a relaxing place to be, but the Treehouse makes it an exceptional getaway spot. We loved the gorgeous views, the awesome balcony, the tidy and functional space, and the resident geckos!There is plenty of room to fit four people comfortably. 'Loved the home! We were on a ‘working vacation’ as we were there for our daughter’s wedding, but watching the sunsets and relaxing at the house. Each of the rooms had its own AC and cooled down real well. I loved sitting on the deck listening to he waves. My wife loved either sitting on the deck or going down the stairs and sitting on the beach. Home was well stocked. Checkin was easy. The wifi pw on the VRBO didn’t match pw at the house, so use the house one. The driveway is a little snug fit...

'This was home away from home! Everything about this property was wonderful. The beds and bedding were so soft and comfortable. Everything we were needing was already available. All was clean. The location is perfect for anywhere you need to get to along the North Shore, and The Polynesian Cultural Center was a very easy drive away as well. We were on a family vacation, and there were enough beds for everyone, and the two bathrooms were perfect. I will definitely be staying here again in...

'Amazing location and view above Waimea Bay! We enjoyed seeing the chickens and other animals living on the property. The house is a 5 minute drive from a grocery store and coffee shop. The beds were very comfortable but some of the blankets and towels had stains. The host was very accommodating and provided us with other bedding and any other amenities we found we needed. The only thing we wished they had but didn’t was seating for 4. '
