'Nice hotel in the oldest part of Shelburne directly on the bay. Shops and restaurants at walkable distance. Newly updated ,very spacious room and friendly reception. Free coffee available outside our room. Walls are rather thin but no real problem during our stay.'

'The room was spacious and modern but with the original feel of the 1828 property. The continental breakfast was delicious and having it diverted tot the room was a bonus. Wine tasting included was also a nice touch Would highly recommend to others staying in the area. '

'My husband and I had a wonderful couple of nights at Chanterelle. We stayed in a room in the main building. We loved the peacefulness of the place. It was such a relaxing place to stay. Breakfast was delicious! We booked dinner for the one evening. We were so glad we did. It was an 8 course meal. Every dish was excellent! Would recommend if you’re looking for peace and relaxation and excellent food!'

Craig was easygoing and a pleasure to chat with, it’s clear he and his wife have poured their hearts into this new venture.
