'Très bien isolé. Les photos sont exactes. La propreté était à désirer, il y avait le la vaisselle sale dans les armoires et une poutine dans le microondes à notre arrivée. Très bon emplacement!!'

'This is a beautiful - beautiful - new property in a lovingly restored heritage building. Our apartment was stylishly minimalist and had everything we needed. I was sad we only had two nights there. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Sauna and gym also nice. Right in Old Port and walkable to Eaton/Underground shopping. I WILL be back!'

'Bad Expedia experience, no code received and difficulty getting through the customer service maze. Once contact with host was made, that was OK. The room was not ready on time and the TV was not working. Not a great experience and will not repeat. '

'There is no signage for the hotel and we had no TV the entire stay. This is not without efforts to ask for assistance. We had to communicate through Expedia which the only message we received back to our issues was a welcoming response. There were crumbs and food under the couch cushions which we needed for a bed. Our towels were still wet in the washing machine so we dried them. Reception other than one morning felt like we were bothering them yet when the manager turned his screen to show me...
