'Right as you walked in the room it smelled of wet dog. The tub was durty we had no hand soap or wash cloths. The next day the had some kind of party right next to us load at 9 o'clock we ask for a new room . They had no problem giving us one and that was vary nice of them.'

'Room was filthy—makeup smudges on the walls and hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Everyone around us was also extremely sketchy. When we tried to call the front desk, the phones in the room didn’t work. But the front desk was very kind when we walked in to ask for a clean room, and tried to help switch rooms. We were sort of made to feel like that wasn’t possible but zero chance of staying in a filthy room. Would definitely not stay here again until housekeeping is addressed.'
