'大人2人、子ども3人で9階のファミリー向けアクアジャパニーズラグジュアリーをお借りしましたが、とても良かったです！4人部屋なのでベッドにギュッとして寝ることを覚悟して行ったのですが、エキストラ布団を人数分ご用意いただいていて驚きました…！素晴らしい心遣いをありがとうございました。 外の眺めもとても良く、特に夜景が綺麗で子どもも大興奮。駅からのアクセスも良かったので言う事無しです。 展望大浴場もサービス（？）いただいて本当に気持ちよく楽しく泊まることができました。 次機会がある時もこちらにさせていただきたいです。ありがとうございました。'

'This was my favorite stay in Japan! Beautiful, peaceful property with exceptional staff and service. I injured myself and was using crutches when I visited, and the staff was so kind and accommodating - they made us dinner reservations, brought us breakfast, and allowed me a bit of extra time for checkout since I was moving slowly. I'd definitely return!'

'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay.
