'The room was clean. The shades did not darken the room. There were no curtains to pull closed at night and it was very bright in the room which made it impossible to sleep without an eye mask. The shower head leaked and the toilet clunks when sitting on it.'

'This motel is about the view. It smells like old motel, and the hot water is sometimes unreliable, but the staff was very nice, and you can't beat that view of the ocean at sunrise and at moonrise. It's a short drive to the more touristy areas of York Beach, but if you're looking for peace and quiet, this place will work fine. You can cross the street for a nice walk along the more rocky areas of the beach.'

'We stayed in late April when the main building was not yet open. The room was was very clean, heating and hot water worked perfectly. The onsite market is convenient for morning coffee and lounging. The staff have recommended some restaurants and a seafood market that turned out very good.'

'Clean Room/ had plenty of space/ iron/ microwave / fridge/ perfect for a couple of nights. We stayed off season , but has a nice view of the water.'
