'We had a most wonderful time at the aoyama grand. The rooms and service were 5-star. The staff was incredibly helpful in helping to find restaurants, holding our bags after check out and ordering a taxi for us. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!'
'The room was great. Washer dyer, really a lot of attention to detail. House cleaning never bothered you yet the room was always cleaned. They did a pretty good job with breakfast, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. Very close to Shibuya station and like a 10 minute walk to the scramble, so close enough to get out to the train or surrounding area, but peaceful enough to take it easy and get back to home base when needed.
