'Amazing property with great views. We loved sitting on the 2nd floor deck and listening to the birds. We had been given an AWD suv with poor tread on the front tires and it was not able to make it up the driveway. The driveway has a pretty good slope and a significant amount of moss on the ground. The day we arrived our car hit the moss and the tires started spinning. Again, I'm not saying this was all due to the driveway. Long story short, the car was stuck on the driveway and the rental...

'We had a great stay in Hilo. Mari was super helpful and called us to walk through the home’s specifics. Two families on the trip and the property accommodated us well with two levels, and beautiful ocean views from the deck and pool. We saw a dozen dolphins. The kitchen had many spices and condiments and all the cooking supplies. '

'We loved the pool and beautiful grounds… fun to see the pineapple growing, the sheep grazing, and my son enjoyed opening his first coconut. The house was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed! And we were happy to borrow snorkeling gear to try snorkeling at Richardson ocean park. We loved seeing so many fish and sea turtles. Overall, a wonderful stay!'

'We were thrilled with the convenient location and picturesque setting for Hale Kuikahi. The spacious home had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome basket for our group. 'Spent 4 nights as a family of 4 during our spring break in March. Nice to have room to spreadout (teens each had a room and parents had the ohana room). We appreciated the games/reading material and a fully stocked kitchen (complete with spices to use!) Especially happy with the cooler weather (in 50s each morning and night) and the pheasants/turkey/peacocks that visited the yard. Beautiful view, very calming and quiet neighborhood. The hill provides quite the morning workout!'
