'If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. 'Apartment was very spacious. Comfy bed. Downsides - handheld shower over bath without a screen is not ideal. 1 out of 2 bedrooms did not have air conditioning which was badly needed. We would not return to thus apartment for these reasons.'

There was a restaurant downstairs with amazing food and gelato within a 50ft walk. We were close to the Piazza for our tour.
