The space
The perfect holiday home awaits you here in the heart of Central Florida's attraction area - The Four Corner. This 4BR pool home comes completely furnished and has all that you need for an outstanding vacation experience.

The layout features an eat-in kitchen, a sizable dining room, a centrally located living room, and a three - and away split bedroom plan.

Two master bedrooms with ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms flank full bath #3.

The garage is set up as an entertainment spot with enjoyable table games.

You have a pristine pool and spa under a screen enclosure!

The whole house is yours, this is your space!
You have access to a 65" television in the living room. TVs are in all bedrooms with the free Spectrum app.

There is a playroom with a pool table, foosball, and a basketball hoop game arcade.

You also have your backyard with an in-ground pool and BBQ grill ( you need to fill the propane tank if it is empty).

Other things to note
The TVs in the master bedrooms use Xumo streaming devices, while the TVs in the family area and two other bedrooms use Roku streaming devices. To access the free Spectrum app with Disney + Basic. Please either use Roku or Xumo remote controls.

Our place has two strollers for guests to use. They are both in the master bedroom closets.

A baby playpen is in the front master bedroom closet.

The high chair is in the garage.

A coffee maker is available for guests to use but you need to have your coffee.

The BBQ grill in the pool area is available for use. Please clean the BBQ after use. If the cleaner has to clean the BBQ we will charge an extra fee for cleaning the BBQ $30.00

POOL HEATER:
1-Cost: $45 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Must be requested 48 hours in advance.
4-The spa is part of the pool, not a standalone unit. It can be heated upon request for a fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
Wednesday - Recycling day
Thursday - Trash pickup day

* Pool Disclaimer: Although we will set the Pool temperatures to 86, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer. The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid for before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior to your arrival (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March, depending on the weather. The pool heater will help warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside; however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.

* Unfortunately, we are unable to activate/deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
