'First off the owner is amazing very responsive. The condo units are a bit old but thie inside of the unit was emaculate. Everything worked great and we had everything right in the unit we needed. Right across the street from Publix and a place called Keke I think. The breakfast at Keke was awesome. The pool was perfect temperature. I will never stay ina hotel again. I will always VRBO'

'Although the condo itself was very nice and the owner was responsive and pleasant and takes pride in her unit, the condo complex has seen better days. The pool was nice and clean but the other buildings/grounds were in disrepair and seemed a little sketchy. It was about a 10-15 minute drive to the beach, which we didn't mind. Beaches were fabulous. Love Sarasota and Siesta Key, just wish the condo complex would put some money and time into the buildings and grounds.'

'It was a pleasant surprise .although being repaired in areas the workers were polite and i saw alot got done in the 2 weeks we were there. It would be better to leave toilrEt bowl cleaner in bath for longer stayinside the bungalow. Although it could have had an extra comfortable chair in living room and a dresser in bedroom or closet to set luggage clothes on'

'Perfect location for a winter getaway. Can walk or bike to Turtle Beach or Crescent Beach. The place was clean and modern with excellent wifi and all the beach items we needed (chairs, towels, umbrella). '

'The property was clean and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. The only downside was that the pool was not well kept and could use a deep clean.'

'Overall, we enjoyed our stay the condo was nice although it could use a few updates particularly in the bathroom, where new paint would be good and the tub and sink drains are pretty slow to drain. We asked a couple of times about the beach access, and were told it was across the street. It is across the street but not where it appears.
