'Plum Point lodge is one of the most peaceful relaxing places I’ve stayed at in a while. The Senaca Lake is right there, not a lot of vehicle traffic, it really is beautiful. The staff was amazing too. The manager was always around and stopped to talk or comment on the wine or give updates on the weather. Would definitely go back.'

'The view from the balcony of our lakefront room was lovely. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned - a few pieces of trash but the a/c unit about 6” from the chairs were covered in bugs. Hard to keep it clean with the nearby water but this was there when we arrived. The room was recently renovated and was lovely. We liked the location and had a great time in the area. We ate at the restaurant the last evening and enjoyed our food.'

'Bathroom sign says sheets and towels only changed every 3 days unless requested. Okay, I'm for saving water. So we didn't request. But that apparently also means no housekeeping service at all. No restock of coffee amenities, no emptying of garbage, no tidying of room, no making of bed. For more than $200++ this is not a budget hotel, and housekeeping service should be automatic. Or update the signage. Also, ice machine on our floor was broken, a/c in room worked but was incredibly loud. Guest...

'A+++, this efficiency has everything you need with incredible communication and hospitality from the hosts. Also a fantastic location in Geneva. No sense in paying hundreds more for a hotel room when you can get this efficiency that has everything you need.'
