'The staff was so friendly. There were lots of animals: peacocks, cats, frogs, geese. We loved it! We booked it to be closer to Volcanoes National Park, without realizing there was no road that cuts across. We had to go amidst to Hilo in order to go back down to the Volcanoes, so it wasn't the most convenient, but we loved the vibe!'

'Outside shower was pleasant experience once I got used to idea! Walk to lava beach on property was extraordinary experience. Breakfast Food was excellent. Hosts were generous, kind and thoughtful. Lack of central air was disappointing but numerous fans helped a lot and open screened windows let breezes in. Still humid though. Loud Background noise of night critters was not a problem. 'Had a very pleasant stay at Jenipher and Davidʻs home. Jenipher communicated well and responded to all questions/concerns. The studio was fully stocked with amenities galore! Very clean, inviting and peaceful. I heard the coqui frogs at night but didn’t mind or lose sleep over it. Loved the interior local decor and cool relaxing colors. I was allowed to bring my cat too (I brought my own kitty’s supplies) which I appreciated very much! '
