'We had a wonderful time staying right on the beach! The house was adorable and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. You can't beat the location, we didn't want to leave!'

'The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. 'Lovely property. Very central to be able to get to local attractions. Only disappointment was advise that it is the visitors responsibility to provide their own gas for outside dining, which we didn’t feel we should have to do and the inconvenience of going to the garage to exchange gas bottles. There was only enough gas for one BBQ and unable to use the outside gas heater provided which would have been nice. Everything else was excellent. '

'We really enjoyed staying in this home as it is very spacious. Everything in the home was well organized and labeled. The beds are very comfortable, all sleep number beds!The yard was very spacious and multiple games/activities for the kids available. We will definitely stay here again in the future. '

'The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street. '
